A SCHOOL SUPPORTING LOCAL ARTISTS IN GUELPH, ONTARIO

May 4/19, Gloria Ferris, my co-author and sidekick, and I were vendors at the King George School Craft Market, a fund raiser to purchase play ground equipment. This event was superbly organized with over 55 local artists displaying their creations, lots of gifts for  the Silent Auction, and tables with desserts to drool about.  As if this wasn't enough to attract shoppers, a section of the auditorium was set aside for children to display and sell their crafts. We had so much fun chatting with young readers who stopped by to stare at our book covers and ask questions.

Our next book selling/signing event is May 25 at the Newmarket Book Fair from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Come and join the fun if you're in the area.
